Insurance Plans

We accept most PPO insurance plans but not HMO. We make our services affordable and offer no-interest financing depending on individual credit history. For your convenience, we also accept Visa, Mastercard, and Citi Health Card.

Our staff will gladly try and process your insurance claims as a convenience for you. Please bring the necessary information with you on your first visit or call and speak with one of our staff if you have any questions. Insurance policies generally cover only a portion of the total treatment cost and you may have a co-payment or deductible you may have to meet. Unless other arrangements have been made, we ask that you pay your portion of the bill at the time of treatment. It is your responsibility to pay any balance not paid by your insurance company.

Payment Options

We accept all major credit cards, ATM cards, cash, and personal checks. For our patients' convenience we have arranged a payment plan through a third party, which helps our patients receive their treatment in a timely manner.
